Add A winterization service focuses on protecting your plumbing from freezing and cracking.

 A standard service includes 

• Draining Systems:  Fully emptying the freshwater tank, grey tank, black tank, hot water heater*, and all water lines.
• Antifreeze:               Siphon: Pumping non-toxic, RV-safe pink antifreeze through the cold and hot water lines.
• P-Traps & Toilets:  Filling all P-traps (sink/shower drains) and toilet bowls with antifreeze to maintain the seal.

*If your water heater does not have a winterization bypass, one can be added for $75

• Roof and Sealant Audit - $50:  Inspection of the self-leveling lap sealant around your roof vents, vent stacks, skylights, front/rear caps, and TV antennas. Any major repair discoveries will be reported immediately to the owner.

• Slide-Out Conditioning - $75:  Application of specialized UV conditioners to the slide rubber wiper and bulb seals to keep them from dry-rotting and/or freezing to the coach body. The slide-out tracks and gear rails are inspected, lubricated and closed if requested.

• Battery Maintenance & Diagnostics - $50: Testing individual house and chassis batteries under load, cleaning the corrosion off terminals, and completely disconnecting them so parasitic drains don't kill the cells over winter.

• LP Gas & Appliance Safety Check - $50:  Inspecting the propane regulator, checking the furnace burner chamber for mud dauber or wasp nests, and clearing exterior refrigerator coils.
